Summary
Stark sits on the table in front of Steve and squints into his face. “So why the hell are you here?”
“Uh,” Steve says eloquently, “I’m applying for a job?”
“Bullshit.” Stark says.
Steve wakes up from a 90 year nap, bargains his supersoldier body with S.H.I.E.L.D’s scientists for a civilian identity, ends up working at a water park run by Howard Stark’s son, eats entirely too much Spam, changes his last name, meets some gods (fanny pack unfortunately included), watches a bird show, gets involuntarily shot up with ketamine, finds out who Beyonce is, ends up in hospital, lifeguards several small children, breaks up cat fights, is ambushed in a grocery store, uses his shield as a gong (?), enters a final boss fight, and gets married. Not necessarily in that order.

Captain America squinted against the sun, raising his arm to shield his eyes. He looked uncomfortable and angry as the camera zoomed in on his face. "I don't have anything further to say," he snapped at the reporter.
Bucky's feet fell off his coffee table in shock. "Holy shit," he said to the room at large. "Captain America is a vampire."

Summary
The moment Steve’s fingers wrap around the metal, Bucky lets out a gasp as if he’s just been punched in the gut, and drops back down onto one knee with a sway that threatens to make him topple over. However, when Steve moves to help, Bucky flinches, shaking Steve’s hand off with a startled yelp.
“Don’t touch me!” he growls.Something is obviously wrong with Bucky's arm, but he still refuses to let anyone look at it. Steve suspects foul play, and goes to confront his friend about it. Only, when he finally finds Bucky, the truth turns out to be much, much worse than Steve ever suspected.

“Sorry,” said Steve as he ambled back into the den, thankfully wearing more than boxer briefs. “That was Fury.” He tossed the phone onto the sofa then dropped down next to it. “You’re not going to believe this one.”
“Really? Because I think I might. Let’s review my reality for the past six months: a vortex to nowhere that Hank Pym tore open over mainland China, twelve foot tall spiders with maws the size of Volkswagens in Atlanta, a hoard of flying Hydra drones in Chicago, and an enormous weasel that tried to mate with the Space Needle,” replied Bucky, ticking them off on his fingers. “Unless Stark has somehow opened a portal to hell, nothing will surprise me.”
Steve cocked an eyebrow. “Are you sure about that?”
“After the dry-humping weasel, yeah. Pretty sure.” That image, unfortunately, was permanently seared into Bucky’s brain.
“Zombies.”
