When Catra let Shadow Weaver escape, Hordak didn't send her to the Crimson Waste—he made an example of her. Scorpia knew they had to get out of there, but with Catra's injuries, there was only one place she could think to turn to.
Catra didn't want to be in Bright Moon. She didn't really have a choice. Recovery from her injuries would be a long process, another thing she had to struggle through. Her memory and her body faded in and out—fine one moment, helpless another. She'd never felt so powerless.
Adora was there to help her, though. Adora was always going to be there. She promised.

Summary
