Summary
“Craig Tucker,” the man introduced himself, his voice professional and his expression impossible to read. “I’m your physical therapist.”
Oh.
Oh, shit.
That was not what Tweek had been expecting.
After all the hype Bebe had given him, he’d prepared himself for someone attractive enough. He’d pictured someone along the lines of a Matt Damon type—good-looking, sure, but in a normal, approachable way (no offense, Matt Damon). Maybe a little older, with a few graying hairs and an aura that came with years of experience.
Not… this.
Not someone who looked like they’d wandered off the set of a Calvin Klein campaign and accidentally ended up working in sports medicine.

OR: Tweek's new PT is unreasonably attractive.

Summary
Tweek and Kyle have gone missing. Stan is at a loss for what to do, and Craig apparently didn't even know until two weeks after the fact. The ominous texts they had both received told them nothing of their safety, only to pack a bag and head over to a random parking lot late in the evening. After yelling at each other when they finally meet up in the same spot, they realize that they have to hole up in a car and road trip wherever the hell the kidnapper on the phone tells them to go.
Paralyzed with fear for their respective people, they grit their teeth and get in the car, throwing all caution to the wind as they make their way around the country. Hopefully, Stan and Craig can find it in themselves to work together.
Or:
Tweek and Kyle are missing. It's up to Stan and Craig to find them while in a minivan, following mysterious instructions to various places around the country.

Summary
Sadly, the world couldn’t handle someone as good-natured as Tweek. Craig had to admit that he worried about him and his safety. He often pondered how easy it would be for Tweek to fall into dangerous situations with dangerous people.
‘Maybe if he stood up for himself, his parents wouldn’t overwork him to exhaustion…’ Craig thought.
Whenever Craig worried too much, he’d remind himself that Tweek was everything except weak. He was resilient and brave, even if Tweek himself didn’t know it.
Or, Craig Tucker is an apathetic nerd with anger issues in an unlikely relationship with Tweek Tweak, a paranoid but kindhearted loner. After many years, their relationship begins fracturing. Maybe, just maybe, Craig can find the pieces and bring them back together before it’s too late. This is much easier said than done, however, when Richard and Helen Tweak are determined to keep them apart.
Edited: 9/18/25, improved writing, and on select chapters, new scenes included!

Summary
"“I hate you.” Stan repeats again, vitriol in his voice.
Craig looks down at Stan from where he was watching Tweek dance on a table. “Hmm?”
And at this stupid party, he finds that he means it. More than anything he’s ever meant in his life. He hates Craig Tucker. He hates his stupid hat, he hates his ugly braces, but mostly he hates how he gets everything. Everyone knows Craig Tucker has a good relationship with his dad, with his sister, with his mom. They’re poor, but they have a home full of love, and he doesn't live on a fucking farm. He’s not forced to play a sport he hates, has friends that all like each other-
And he's in love with someone who loves him back."
---
Stan wishes he had Craig Tucker's life. He wishes he had a life he wanted at all.
