Summary
“I miss you.” Wonwoo exhales, confession buzzing around his chest since the first selfie Seungkwan sent yesterday.
It feels easier to admit it into a phone than to his face, the soft sentiment sheltered in the glitch of the audio as it transmits from his microphone through the distance all the way to Seungkwan’s speaker.
“I miss you too, hyung.” His tone is softer now, a lower pitch that makes Wonwoo’s heart skip a beat, “Paris isn’t the same without you.” Longing evident as he adds on, “I wish you were here.”

“Listen—I know Coach had to really cajole you to let me stay here, and I just wanted to say thank you. And I’ll do my best to stay out of your way as much as possible.”
Jihoon turns around and blinks owlishly. He furrows his eyebrows and then blinks again, maybe a little taken aback by the manners. He’d been expecting the absolute worst. “Oh. It’s not really about being in my way or anything,” he says. “I’m just not good with kids, so…”
Seungcheol blinks owlishly right back. “Well, I’m not a kid. So, that’s good?”

Summary
Mingyu is beautiful.
Jihoon knows this, has never been under any false pretenses about it. Mingyu is pretty, the sky is blue, and Jihoon wants him all to himself.
Perhaps it’s selfish, or greedy, or even megalomaniacal to want all of it. Mingyu is so beautiful that, sometimes, Jihoon thinks the idea of Mingyu belonging to someone is unfair to the rest of the world. It would be an absence, a deep cavern of loss where Mingyu once stood. Jihoon won’t do it.

Summary
Wonwoo wakes before the kettle. This, already, is unusual.
He’s beautiful in a way that’s uncomfortable. Delicate—all soft angles and stillness—he doesn’t seem to mind being seen. Or stared at. Which Wonwoo must be doing. He's been trying to catalogue how the man's hair keeps dripping down his temples, the droplets disappearing before they hit his shoulders. Wonwoo cannot figure out for the life of him, if the glow is coming from somewhere inside the man or if the air around simply remembers to shine.

Summary
Hansol dreams of a longer summer or perhaps, ideally, a summer that never ends.
Tour is weird like that, everything exists in this liminal space that feels inaccessible unless you’re nineteen, in a band with your best friends and on the biggest rock festival in North America.
The sun is perfectly warm, final rays of goodbye painting everything golden. The sky is a scene stolen straight out of an impressionist painting, the grass is a vivid green tinted yellow and slightly prickly under the palm of his band. The fields of tulips are in full bloom all around them, and among all the blooming flowers is Jeonghan.
Or Jeonghan and Hansol's summer romance.

Summary
“I’m so sorry,” Joshua says, rolling himself up into a sitting position. His limbs still feel heavy and slow, following his brain’s directions half a second behind the beat. The muscles in his shoulders feel stretched out, unknotted. Languid. It’s the unfamiliar feeling of having slept for as long as your body needs to sleep. “I didn’t mean to do that.”
Joshua cannot sleep, unless he's in Minghao's bed. It's kind of ruining his life.

Summary
“And tomorrow we’re going to Mesa Verde.” Wonwoo drops his cigarette butt on the ground and squishes it out with his toe. A big patch of cloud drifts over the sun, leaving a chill in the air and a respite from the glare on the window. Inside, Wonwoo can see the shadowy outline of Joshua’s side profile, staring blankly at the table. “I had planned to go to national parks on my way home, and I told him I’m not changing that plan if he’s hitchhiking.”
“It’s not really hitchhiking if your brother’s hot ex-fiance is riding in your passenger’s seat.”

Summary
Namhae-do. South Gyeongsang's hidden gem is officially on the map, and it's Jung Wooyoung's job to show it off.
Starting with this island, Departure Magazine is kicking off its new series to highlight Korea's littlest known vacation destinations, and Wooyoung is the photographer on the job, tasked with leading the story and shooting the feature. He has just over a week to capture all of Namhae's charms, but this is his first big gig, and he's got a lot to prove. This has to be the story that makes the people fall in love with his work – and him fall in love with his job.
Uncertain about his future and not entirely convinced of the countryside appeal, Wooyoung shows up to Namhae with a little bit of doubt and a lot of grit.
His accommodations? The guest bedroom of the head of the village. His job might not be the only thing he falls for.

Summary
If he’s hearing Hansol’s voice, he must still be half-asleep. Or dead. One of the two. The only time he’s heard Hansol’s voice in the past few months has been in his dreams. He almost thought he was forgetting the cadence of it.
His vision shifts, sticking to recognizable objects. He's in the back of a car. It’s late afternoon. Hansol has no hair. Hansol is looking at him with a crease between his brows, mouth set into a serious line. He has a scar on his cheek that didn’t used to be there.
Seungkwan still doesn’t know what to make of it. Hansol shouldn’t be here. He should be dead, or long gone. Packed up with his brother and headed south. Not near the city.
“Am I dead?” Seungkwan asks. His tongue feels too big in his mouth. He swallows, but his mouth is too dry.
Hansol releases his hold on Seungkwan’s arms. He frowns. “Not yet.”
(OR: Amidst the end of the world, exes Chwe Hansol and Boo Seungkwan are forced to rely on each other for survival.)

Summary
Mingyu wasn't just trapped in a cabin with a stranger. He was trapped in a cabin with a devastatingly attractive stranger with a cute laugh and soft voice and gentle hands, a stranger that had saved Mingyu's life and was asking nothing in return, and Mingyu realized, in that moment, that his heart was going to put him in terrible, terrible trouble for this.
Jeonghan had advised that Mingyu do what he could to get off the grid a little, in an attempt to dodge a groundless dating scandal. Mingyu hadn't meant to crash a skimobile into a tree, cause an avalanche, and get himself and his rescuer trapped out in the woods, but it could be worse: his savior seemed kind, he was safe, and the snow was beautiful. And besides, Jeonghan couldn't get too mad at him; Mingyu couldn't exactly be more off the grid than this.

Summary
“Would you perhaps consider writing to Lord Choi? His lordship’s older brother, that is. Perhaps if he knew of your situation, he could be of some help. He has always been more sensible with his finances, if not with anything else.”
Jihoon gives a grimace of hesitation, recognising the name from his husband's stories and, well, and from the more scandal-laden columns of the morning paper. Mrs Chan had suggested much the same the other day, when they were taking stock of their paltry provisions, but Jihoon did not want to impose upon anyone’s generosity, and if his husband's myriad of petty grievances regarding his older brother were to be believed, Lord Choi would not take kindly to any imposition on his life of leisure. The man was an Alpha and a rake, and the only Omega he would look kindly upon is one he can usher out of his bedroom the next morning.
He will not give one wit that a brother of his duped a man into marrying him and made off with his dowry.
Lord knows, it might have even been his idea.

Summary
Minghao can be reserved, but he’s not at all too shy to drop the name of his alma mater. Mingyu nods appreciatively, and Minghao is warmed by a surge of pride. “Very impressive. So what you’re saying is one day, you’ll own the Snack N’ Supply instead of working it?”
Minghao can’t help the way his nose wrinkles at the thought. “I don’t think this is the kind of place I’d buy, even if I was in the market.”
“Right, you’d rather buy the whole beach?”
Minghao laughs, light and breathy. He feels hypnotized by this guy. “Yeah, exactly. The whole beach. I’ll be the boss of all of you.”
Mingyu nods again, a sparkle in his eyes. “I wouldn’t mind being bossed around by you.”
---
Following his college graduation, Minghao decides (against his better judgment) to spend his last summer of freedom in the Southern California beach town of Playa Adora, where nobody gets up before 10 a.m. and you're never more than a mile from the water. He expects he'll get some sun, relax, and maybe make a new friend or two.
He does not expect Kim Mingyu. And he certainly doesn't expect to fall in love.

New York City. The city that never sleeps. The big apple. The concrete jungle. Whatever you want to call it, it's the destination of Boo Seungkwan's "I just quit my job soul searching trip," and everything is great except for one thing: he can't figure out how to use the subway.
Just when he thinks New York might swallow him whole, a helping hand appears in the form of a very handsome stranger. If rule number one is never to fall in love on vacation, Seungkwan might just end up breaking it.

Summary
Hello! I've just moved to NYC, but I feel like a lonely fish out of water. It's hard to meet real people here, and even on social media everyone seems distant, so I decided to follow my dad's advice and ask the local paper. Do you have any non-tourist recommendations for places to eat?
I'm desperate for a human suggestion, not some Google search or unnamed article.
Thanks,
MG
Editor's Note: MG, Thank you for writing in, but this section is for personal statements and advertisements, we don't reply. I hope you find some real company soon, but for now, I'd recommend &Pizza on 28th Street if you're ever in the area. Good luck.

Seungkwan’s voice screams in his ears in one breath, “WONWOO HYUNG, THE ACE HITTER OF THE SOUTH KOREAN NATIONAL MEN’S VOLLEYBALL TEAM THINKS YOU’RE HOT!”
Like a hypothetical record scratch, everyone goes silent. Wonwoo’s voice trails off and he blinks and looks over at chat, which is full of WHAT? and ?????
“Repeat that one more time, but slower,” Chan suggests.
“An interview came out with Kim Mingyu, the ace hitter of the Olympic men’s volleyball team,” Seungkwan says slowly. “And he’s a fan of Wonwoo hyung. Like, a huge fan.”

Jeon Wonwoo is a Twitch streamer with 8 million followers. He has fans all over South Korea, all over the world. He's resigned himself to a life of singledom and strict scheduling, only looking forward to his next brand deal or sponsored stream.
