Jess squints at the woman. Something’s wrong. Oh God. What is wrong with Kara? She scans the woman head-to-sneakers. She’s wearing a simple light blue tee, whitewash skinny jeans, and white shoes. She’s never seen her this casual and damn she looks cute. Her hair is up in a messy bun and she keeps adjusting her glasses. Jess might have taken the time to politely appreciate the view a bit more if she wasn’t so freaked out by the woman’s actions right now. “Kara? Are you okay?” If literally anyone else walked in here acting like this she would have sunk under her desk, pulled her taser from her purse, and hit the security alarm.

Lena leaned in and placed a quick kiss to Kara’s lips and smirked at the lipstick left there too. The blonde was blinking owlishly at her and blushing a bright shade of scarlet.

Lena stood up from her desk, reread the message, and smiled. Her favorite A.I. just wants to chat with her. This is amazing.
Lena: I’m happy to speak with you anytime. You’ve never reached out to me just to be social before. Are your social parameters expanding? Either way, I like it.
Kara was trying very hard not to smile. Sawyer noticed and made sure Danvers did too.

When the kiss deepened Kara couldn’t help but float them a little bit. Cat’s musical laughter broke the kiss and Kara looked at her. “Down, girl.”
The Kryptonian smiled and let gravity do its job.
Kara felt her chest swell as Cat looked at her. She slowly broke away from the embrace and unbuttoned her blazer, “It’s a little warm in here. Is it just me?” She laughed nervously and Cat smirked at her, “No dear, it’s not just you.”

“I –“ Morgana hesitates, thrown off by the question. She clutches the runestone harder. As a last resort her plan was to try to send whoever was summoned back through the rift if they proved disagreeable, but this woman is even more formidable and yet somehow less threatening than Morgana could have imagined. “The spell was to find the most powerful being in creation. I didn’t know who would answer the call.”
The woman frowns. “Me? Not her?”
