She’s cold, and tired, and hungry, and she wishes more than anything that her parents were still around. Their house was always warm. There was always food on the table. She got to sleep in a bed, instead of sidewalks and park benches.
There’s a building up ahead, a theater, music and noise and warmth seeming to spill out of the doors and onto the street. Maybe she’ll sleep there tonight. It shouldn’t be that hard to find a place to hide backstage.

Jack clocks out, grabs his stuff, takes a cig and a lighter out of his pocket, and leans against the wall of the restaurant, looking out into the street. Occasionally, someone will pass by, but usually, nobody really catches his interest. That’s what’s different about tonight. Jack is minding his business when he sees a gorgeous girl across the street.
She’s obviously trashed, her hair wild and something spilled down the front of her short blue dress. She’s got on heels- Jack wonders how she’s walking in them, they’re at least five inches tall. She’s stumbling slightly. Jack finds himself worried about her, even though she’s a stranger. Not only is she obviously drunk, but she’s a young woman walking alone, while it’s still dark out. Clearly she has no preservation skills.

Racetrack Higgins is, undoubtedly, the king of his school. He's got the popularity, the cool friends, and, due to his foster dad being absolutely loaded, the money. Not only that, but he's nice, too. Who else would give people makeovers, help others find love, and put up with their best friend's antics? Status, wealth, a great personality....Race has truly got it all.
Unfortunately for him, he's also got a C in debate and a very annoying boy staying at his house. Not only that, but his dad says that if Race doesn't get his C back up to an A, he's totally grounded. Race has got to fix it, and fast. Life's pretty tough for a virgin who can't drive.
