He stopped struggling. As much as Izuku wanted to prove All for One wrong. He was right about one thing. There was nothing more he could do. He was quirkless again. He looked up at All for One still tightly held in his grip. “Please, just kill me.”
“That would be too easy. I’m sure All Might would just love to see his successor in my employ. And I must admit you do intrigue me. A holder of One for All, fallen from grace of their own accord. Even without my intervention you had somehow found yourself here at my mercy. I do wonder what, if your seed of villainy is cultivated, a monster you might grow into.”
TLDR: Izuku gets caught up in the Tartarus prison break after discovering the commission is corrupt. All for One looks at him, realises that he has a past one for all user at his mercy, and decides that he is going to make Izuku into a villain. Izuku's trying his best, but how can he be a hero when All for One seems convinced that he's just like him?

All for One is dead. So is Midoriya Izuku's father. These facts aren't mutually exclusive, no matter how much their killer might wish they were.
But no one else knows they are. No one else knows, and Izuku has no plans to tell them. Not even when his arm, the arm his father reached out to grasp, begins to go numb. When he finds himself losing his faith in heroics. When he finds himself jolting awake at night, assailed by guilt. When his palms begin to itch.
Izuku is being haunted, that much is certain. The only question that remains is whether or not he wants to be.

Summary
Sawamura Eijun grew up knowing two facts:
1. He was going to be an alpha. Genetic testing had returned a 97% chance of him presenting as the superior gender once he reached maturity. Obviously he couldn't call it superior, since one of his best friends, Wakana, was an omega and she hit him whenever he announced something only slightly sexist. But he was going to be an alpha, which was good, since alphas got to play professional sports. Which led to the second fact:
2. Eijun was going to become a professional baseball player. A pitcher, to be precise. As an alpha pitcher he would dominate the field with his fastballs, impressing everyone around him. Even if the 2.5% chance of him presenting a beta would come true - which it was not, Eijun could feel it in his blood - he could still become a professional athlete.

Daiya no A: The Seidou Saga was a very popular otome game, following the story of the MC (who the player got to nickname) as they attend Seidou Academy, the prestigious school for nobility, despite being a commoner. The MC would go on to meet the eclectic personalities of the school, all the while learning about magic and battling for their spot amongst students who didn’t think they deserved to be there.
Eijun hadn’t known any of that before purchasing Daiya no A, however. No, he had taken one look at the character on the cover and gotten his debit card out to pay. No matter how bad the game was, he knew he would be willing to sit through it just to see that character on his screen.

Miyuki is starting to grow less passive/more aggressive towards Kazuya these days, the aggression growing each day that he comes home to see Kazuya plastered against Eijun in some way.
“How are you gonna be mad?!” Eijun shouts. He gestures wildly at Kazuya, who stands stiffly behind Miyuki with a blank look on his face. “That’s literally you!”
Miyuki’s face only darkens, and Eijun vows to never mention that again.
OR
There's two Miyuki's, and the only way to get rid of the extra one is to fulfill the desire from which the extra one had been born.
