"Your grace, I do not wish to cause any trouble. I'm merely here to visit Summerhall with Egg at the request of your father. I do not know of what you speak of—"

"Are you a brute? How do you not know? Do you take me for a fool who'd forgive your sins this easily, Ser Duncan?"

It's almost comical how Aerion had thought this would go any other way. He thought he'd be able to slay and bully Duncan into submission once again, in the hopes that he'd regain his reputation and courage by this. He hoped that perhaps by slaying Ser Duncan he'd quiet the rumors of his manhood; surely it'd take a man to do that. A small scream to his side distracts everyone from the scene as they all turn to look at Egg, who stood there with furrowed brows and an angry frown as he pointed at Aerion.

"He's talking about you gelding him, Ser. You called the trial of seven, brother. This is your fault, not Ser Duncan's."

    ----
OR: Aerion Targaryen was castrated during the trial of seven when Dunk swong his sword too low. He hasn't been able to achieve pleasure or feel like himself since then— until he discovers that he can come when Duncan is the one fucking him.

“If you close this door I’ll put a hole through your eyes,” Homelander blurted, “look, just give me fifteen minutes to convince you. If not, I’ll leave. I promise it.”

Butcher sighed, but hesitated regardless. “Not like I can fuckin’ stop you anyway. I don’t understand what you’re trying to do.”

Homelander twitched. How was Butcher not getting it? Did he forget their little conversation? Blood and bone. Scorched earth. Butcher had agreed to it, too, fucking liar. He was so sick of lying. Everyone lied to him so he wouldn’t kill them. But now William was lying to avoid killing Homelander? What kind of stupid and fucked up role reversal was that?

    ---

In a world where Compound V can cure cancer, Homelander tries to convince William to take some with some... unconventional methods.

    ---

(I'm really bad at writing summaries. Freaky as fuck Butcher and Homelander frottage. Does that convince you? Thanks.)

It's been three days since Ser Duncan got his white cloak. Three days since he'd been named Prince Aerion’s sworn protector.

    Dunk despises him.

But Aerion’s eyes are so terribly pretty.

“Good dog,” Aerion said, sinking down slightly in his chair and smoothing his hands over the soft silk of the robe covering his thighs. “And good dogs deserve rewards, do they not?”

    Duncan’s answering nod was hesitant.

“Do you deserve to be rewarded?”

    Summary

He's never been here at night, but slipping through the dark, empty Archives is second nature anyway. It’s as if his feet know precisely where to step, to make the least noise. Which floorboards creak the hardest, how to avoid the books Tim left lying on the floor.
And then he’s standing outside the Archivist’s office, just out of sight, taking in that voice.
None of the words are clear, they're mumbled too quietly to make out. But they're familiar. Oh so familiar.

It’s like Martin can predict the exact dips in octave the Archivist's voice will take before it does. Like he knows what statement is being read, without any possible indicator.

    or

Martin Blackwood gets a promotion. It's a new opportunity with new faces to get acquainted with. If only they actually felt new. If only his new boss didn't make the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. If only he didn't look so familiar. If only the inexplicable grief Martin feels every time they make eye contact could be, well.. explicable.
