“Mob, don’t look!”
He studied the man below him, with a pretty face flushed red and eyes wet, that had refused to let any tears escape. Reigen glowered up at him hatefully and Touichirou couldn’t help the bellow of laughter that escaped him.
“I can see where your disciple gets his insolence from.”
Instead of attempting to kill Reigen after being shot at, Touichirou decides to make it a teachable moment—a lesson that both Mob and Reigen will never forget.

Mob squeezes his eyes shut, feeling his dick throb in his trousers, summoning the last vestiges of his willpower. Reigen is drunk. He'll regret saying these things in the morning. Mob is a good student, a good kid who, despite a crush and the occasional fantasy, isn't going to rape his intoxicated teacher. "Shishou," he croaks, "You're drunk. You—"
"Come on," Reigen whines, eyes fluttering. He smirks, low and suggestive. "Mob," he breathes, leaning closer to whisper in his ear, "I need you."
Mob's resolve breaks.
He puts a shaky hand on Reigen's hip. How bad could it be, if Reigen is asking for it? He's the one that's throwing himself on Mob. Mob's just doing what Reigen tells him. Reigen won't remember this in the morning; he's too drunk. What's the harm?
Reigen gets drunk, and Mob's restraint only goes so far.

Either way things didn’t change in the office insomuch as they simply took on a new shape–Mob’s high school uniform is a gakuran rather than a skirt, and he had steadfastly started to use ‘boku’ to refer to himself. Perhaps by virtue of being Mob, the people who raised him, who grew up with him, and the people who influenced and were influenced by him in turn had the sort of character to them who would take to the change easily, Reigen himself included.
So Shigeyo became Shigeo during the fifteenth year of Mob’s life.

“Hah! No,” Kageyama scoffed derisively. His teeth flashed in a grimace. “It’s been like this much longer than we’ve known you.”
It was a comfort, and another wound, like pinching your arm to make a scrape hurt less. It was that odd use of diction: “we” and “you”. It cut a decisive line between them, where Kageyama was in and Teru was out. At school, he had been the one in every clique and social circle worth their salt. There was no excluding Hanazawa Teruki from anything, except now. It was just another day of humbling himself before Kageyama, but no one was there to witness his humility.
