Summary
With Ron and Harry both Aurors and her parents' memories not yet restored, Hermione is struggling through a difficult, lonely, and miserable final year at Hogwarts.
Late-night wanderings through the castle bring her into the orbit of Professor Severus Snape - and they form a friendship which continues to develop when Hermione later becomes a professor herself.

Ten years after the war, Hermione stumbles across her old Potions professor in a restaurant and they strike up a friendship. Lots of yearning ensues.
Inspired by "Rock ur world" in that Snape is now a restaurant critic, and that's where this whole idea started. Was intended to be "porn with a plot", but got too invested in the plot, so however many chapters later there's still no porn.
Update: 21 chapters later, and there's still no porn. None on the horizon, either. We'll get there eventually.

Hermione jumped, and spun round in the dark. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust from the bolt of light which had, only seconds before, almost blinded her - until eventually Snape’s pale, gaunt face swam into view, mottled by the after-image of the curiosity still glowing brilliantly behind her.

Summary
Over a decade after the war, Hermione finds herself single, parentless, and feeling very much as though she's being sidelined by the Weasley-Potter clan.
Overwhelmed and irritated at the Burrow late one Christmas day (and especially irritated by Ron and his new girlfriend) Hermione goes for a walk, and stumbles across a familiar - yet disfigured - face.
(Honestly, just a Snamione vibe with no real plan and no firm idea where this should go yet - but I'm open to suggestions).

She felt him release a tight breath too, and squeeze her back, breathing into her hair. But he feels exactly right.”Connor knows what he likes, but it isn’t always himself.
