Minghao is familiar with his morning routine. The open window, a bird cheerfully chirping just outside of it, two bowls with breakfast, and two mismatched mugs, one for tea and one for coffee, on the table. And an old kettle, burning hot on the stove.
Today, when he gently touches the side of it with his hand, it’s cold.

Summary
Seokmin thinks this is a natural order of things. People come and go out of each other’s lives. They leave traces behind, handprints on each other’s hearts, and when they disappear, these very prints serve as a reminder of what once was there and what will never be there again. Seokmin doesn’t want to be dramatic, but for some reason, it seems that his heart now has more handprints than human flesh.
And life goes on around him.

Seokmin has been taught to be cautious of werewolves his entire life. It's not like he thinks they are inherently bad, no. It's just... they are kind of scary, you know? With their crazy physical strength and mouthful of canines every full moon. Seokmin might be a civil citizen, and a kind-hearted person, but he was also raised by a bunch of fairies. There is no way in hell he ever walks near a werewolf without his gun loaded with silver bullets, that's for sure.
