“Be quiet,” the stranger demands. It’s an order Naruto’s always had a problem with, but he’s sure as hell listening now. “I have three people on my tail, and I don’t know this area. I didn’t mean to pick you up, but now that I have you, you’ll help me.”
Naruto, in a moment of a complete lack of self preservation, thinks that there’s nothing that would piss Shikamaru off more than leaving the KFC with an armful of food and having nowhere to put it down.

Edward Elric is a Xerxesian omega prince, bound to serve his nation. He and his brother, alpha prince Alphonse, are sent to form a new treaty with one of the Omega princesses of Xing. While Alphonse is required to choose from Xingese Omegan royals as his future spouse, and news of sabotage is spread all around both countries, crown prince Ling Yao is ordered to direct the attention elsewhere.
“Here is the plan,” he smirks, keeping a good distance away from the angry omega “You and I shall pretend we will mate for the treaty,”
“Why?!” Edward barks, his small fangs bared in an attempt to appear threatening, but the alpha can only smile wider at the enticing view.
“Because only then your little brother can choose his future mate without worrying,” Ling argues, carelessly relaxing against the wall. “Besides, I am going on a quest for the Philosopher’s Stone in a few days, and considering who you are, and how you are, I thought you might wanna join me,”
Edward huffed in annoyance, “That could be dangerous for our nations,” he replied.
“Oh! I'm not looking for the stone here,” Ling pushed himself off the wall, raising his hands when Edward growled in warning. “There are rumors, about Amestris...”

But most of all, Naruto loved his fellow employees. Shizune, Tsunade’s wife and the accountant for the hotel, who tried to be stern, but always laughed at Naruto’s jokes. Or Choji, the chef, who cooked the best food on the planet. Ino, who kept the rooms neat and beautiful. He even loved Jiraiya, who wasn’t really an employee, just an old writer who lived there for no real reason. He said living in a hotel was easier than a house because he didn’t have to clean. Naruto guessed it must have been true, but he had a sneaking suspicion that it may also have had something to do with the bikini-clad guests that flooded the place in the summertime.

It had taken no less than three hours for Edward to be convinced that Magic was real. At first he was ill- magic. Real magic. Magic that went against everything he believed in. It took another hour for him to calm down and for this Dumbledore to explain that Magic and Alchemy weren’t so different. Magic had similar rules. Nothing comes from nothing, and nothing can bring back the dead. Once Edward had calmed and listened-
He was fascinated. He had 10,000 theories and wanted to look into the school’s library (where there is a school there is a library, and then there is research). However Dumbledore only smiled at his request to raid the library. If Edward wanted to be at the school he needed to work there. Teaching Alchemy.
It took no less than 5 minutes to convince him, even if he shouted loud “Nos!” at first. All Dumbledore had to say was
“It’s equivalent exchange. To gain knowledge you must give knowledge.”

Summary
In this story the up and coming Colonel Roy Mustang has been living in Resembool and learning under the great alchemist Van Hohenheim.
Hohenheim dies before he can give Roy the secrets of Flame Alchemy but tells him to find his sons Edward and Alphonse who live in Xing, he claims that Edward has the secrets of Flame Alchemy.
Roy heads to Xing with Hohenheim's body and meets the son and the Emperor's son Ling who seems to have a very close relationship with Edward. Edward refuses to teach Roy Flame Alchemy unless he fulfills a promise that he doesn't know he can keep.
As time goes by he discovers that Ed is keeping more secrets then just Flame Alchemy.
(I think I'll be updating this every Friday (depending on my work load))
