Seokjin never forgets how Yoongi can just simply amaze him. There's no romantic pressure, no sexual pull. It's simple, real, peaceful, and true. It's still love, he believes. Because love isn't always defined by who's you're in a relationship with. Sometimes love is just having that someone who's going to willingly hold your hand without the need to ask them to.

Summary
Fantastic. Seokjin is going to be booked on a criminal charge in a foreign country then possibly loaded into one of those cannons at the Saluting Battery and fired off into the sea. Yoongi just pokes his upper thigh, silently urging him to readjust his phone’s flashlight and allow him to continue his illicit activities in marginally better lighting. Seokjin, being the weak fucking man he is, does it without a question, and Yoongi continues trying to hotwire the bike with a toolkit he’d pulled from fuck knows where.
The most depressing part of this ordeal, in Seokjin’s opinion, is that he’ll miss seeing Taehyung by literal hours before he gets incarcerated for being an accessory to grand theft auto. Maybe Taehyung will appreciate a goodbye message on KakaoTalk - You are the light of my life, but it is my duty as a hyung to protect Drunk Yoongi from himself. Remember me as I was when I was young and beautiful.
“You’re going to love this,” Yoongi says with relish as he continues to fiddle with the wires, cutting Seokjin’s thoughts short and reinforcing that, yes, his first instinct to tie Yoongi to the bed and sit on him was the correct one.

“Why not?” Yoongi does not seem deterred at all. “That doesn’t matter. Humans are stupid anyway. But you’re hot and you smell nice. You’ll be a good mate. With your broad shoulders, your swimming abilities must be admirable. And you can fish, a provider.” He nods, as if this is all settled. “So you’re my husband.”
