Hyojin Kang is the new kid on the acting block—ready for his big break as Carys in the upcoming romance-drama series, 'The Name of the Game', starring alongside well-beloved actor Ari Astutia, who he's admired (and fancied) for years. But on their very first day filming together, Hyojin's rose-tinted glasses shatter when he discovers that Ari is far from the Prince Charming everyone thinks he is—he's rude, crude, and quite possibly the most stuck-up, narcissistic asshole Hyojin has ever met.
Unable to set aside their differences, Hyojin and Ari are caught by the cameras for their hostility—one disagreement that could cost their entire production. To nip the issue in the bud, their managers give them an ultimatum: form a fabricated relationship to fool the public into thinking all is well.
In other words: pretend to date.
