Summary
Remus can hear Sirius shuffling around in the dark for several moments before he hears the familiar drag of the IV pole across linoleum tiles. Remus shuffles upwards so he’s sitting at the head of his bed and he pats the mattress at the foot of his bed. Sirius quickly scrambles onto the bed.
“Hi,” Remus whispers again.
“Hi,” Sirius whispers. In a moment, Sirius is leaning close to Remus.
“What’re these from?” Sirius whispers, he runs his fingers gently across the scars running across Remus’s face. The silver scars glow in the dim lighting. The skin on Sirius’s fingers is smooth and soft, catching on the rough knots of scar tissue bunching across Remus’s face.
“Turns out I’m allergic to oxygen cannulas sometimes,” Remus says. His voice catches in his throat with Sirius so close to him.
“Sometimes?”
“Only sometimes. My body works in mysterious ways.”
“Is that why you’re here?”
“Something like that.”Or the stories of Remus being ill and meeting Sirius while in the hospital.
There are several works in here, they don’t all follow one plot. This is just general disabled Remus stories stemming from my own experiences with my illnesses.

Summary
Even with all that had changed, the feeling he got with Sirius stayed the same. That radiant, comfortable warmth, that feeling of safety and protection. Even in an old, dilapidated shack with three shocked teenagers and a traitor, that beautiful feeling never changed.
Sirius’ voice was a sigh. “I missed you, Remus.” He still rocked back and forth when he was vulnerable. “I missed you so much.”
“I know, Love.” In that moment, Remus knew it was going to be alright. His husband was finally here, finally where he should be. “I won’t let you go again.”
“...Promise?” Sirius’ whisper was near silent.
“Promise.” Remus planted a soft kiss on Sirius’ shoulder.
“Thank you,” Sirius murmured.-
A bit of a rewrite of the end of Prisoner of Azkaban and some scenes beyond- basically what if things went well and everyone was a lot more queer and disabled.
