Honami looks like she’s five seconds from driving her palm into her face. “Not the band! I mean like… us! Because apparently you—“ She motions to Saki— “are telling Kohane-chan it’s our six-month anniversary, you—“ She glances at Shiho— “are convinced we have a week to go until two-months, and you—“ She turns to Ichika, then hesitates, seeing the look on her face. “…I don’t think you have any idea what’s going on.”
“I really… don’t,” Ichika admits helplessly, running her fingers through her hair.
Saki sputters. “But you’re the one who first asked all of us out!”

Or, it’s Saki’s birthday today, and also her group’s sixth-month anniversary of dating!

And Ichika laughs, small at first before blooming fully. It commands Shiho’s attention, and they watch, entranced. It's then that they realize, again, for the thousandth time, that there’s a reason she's the front woman of their band. They're unsure what’s so funny, but find themself holding back a smile nonetheless.
“What?” They ask.
“You leaned on me.” Ichika stands, stretching. She offers Shiho a hand. “Thank you. For trusting me. Now come on, before we're late for class.”
