After a few minutes, Buck’s eyes pull open. They’re a little glassy, fogged over in a way Eddie recognises easily. Then, his gaze slides to Eddie’s crotch.
There it is.
Greedy puppy.
“You’re predictable, you know that?”
Buck pulls off Eddie’s fingers, lapping at the spit, smiling as he does it.
"Messy dog,” Eddie sighs, smearing his fingers over Buck’s bottom lip. “What am I gonna do with you?”
Buck’s eyes snap to Eddie’s dick again. Alright. He’s not even subtle.
OR: Buck has a long, solo shift at work. Eddie looks after him.

Summary
Each interaction pulled at Eddie’s control, like a wind-up key being twisted with every passing hour he didn’t get to call Buck out on what he was doing and punish him for it.
“I should have seen this coming, honestly,” Eddie muses, “You always get a little wound up if you go too long without being taken care of.”
“Seems to me like you are the one who is wound up.” Buck quipped.
Looking at him, you wouldn’t be able to tell Buck’s words had any effect, but the way Eddie’s eyes narrowed a tiny bit and his fingers twitched slightly around his neck, told Buck that he had just wound Eddie tighter.
When Buck is all pent up and feeling restless, he decides to play a game. See how tightly he can wind Eddie up before he breaks and gives Buck the release he needs. Buck ends up getting more than he was prepared for.
