Okay, sure, maybe he could save his Sunday nights for extra sleep instead of crowd surfing a mosh pit at one of Sukuna’s ragers, but hey. When you’re majoring in something as stressful as he is, why not live a little?
It’s easier said than done, especially when 8 am lectures test his god awful hangovers. Double especially when that brain fog keeps him hyper fixated on the guy in the middle section of the lecture hall, fifth row, in the seat furthest right.
The guy dressed in all black, with hella piercings, long hair, and an attitude that’s way too relaxed for Monday morning.
The guy Satoru swears he’s seen before. Multiple times.

A moment of silence passes between the two.
“Damn right I do.”

My therapist says writing shit down is a good tool for emotional regulation. It might just be that writing about you is what calms my heart down. There’s so much I still feel like I haven’t said to you yet, and a lot I won’t be able to tell you right now. When you read these letters maybe ten, or twenty years from now, you will have hopefully gotten the suit.
And I will have hopefully gotten the chance to tell you... I think your haircut is cute."

Katsuki's therapist recommends for him to keep a diary to help regulate his emotions for his heart. When Katsuki decides that he wants to develop a suit for Izuku to be a hero again, he decides to put everything he can't say to Izuku's face, in ink.Eventually the entries are less about suit mechanics and simple nostalgia, and more about the soul-wrenching feeling of longing that stirs in Katsuki's heart whenever Izuku is close enough to touch.

"I'll pay you triple, no, five times what Bakugo is paying you."
Izuku snapped his head up, wide green eyes full of confusion as if he couldn't believe what he just heard. "Huh?"
"Get the fuck out of my house, half and half." Katsuki scoffed. "You're not taking my nanny."
Or:Todoroki is a single father who is at his wits end. He's only had his daughter for 6 weeks and he's ready to end it all. So when he heard from his other friends that Bakugo has an amazing nanny who was responsible for raising the Bakugo children, he decided that ruining his friendship with the Bakugo's was worth it if he could start sleeping at night again.
