Summary
To save Xaden, Violet Sorrengail turns to the Goddess of Love, Loial, pleading for a miracle. The goddess agrees, but at a price. Xaden’s soul will be restored, for love itself was what shattered him. Yet the cost is devastating: not only will Xaden forget Violet, but so will everyone who has ever known her. Xaden Riorson left Basgiath after the library heist, but quickly discovers from Tairn, that Violet was captured. He spends the good part of a week calculating a plan to expose the centuries of lies command has spun, and breaks into Basgiath to save his love from torture.
This is just Xaden's POV of chapter 36 of Iron Flame. I wanted to see it, and nobody had written so far, so I said, "I'll do it myself" and here we are✨

Summary
Xaden Riorson just finished his first year at Basgiath War College. He's bonded to one of the most feared dragons in Navarre, and he's proven himself to be exceptionally powerful to his quadrant and command alike. Now, it's time for Year 2. Appointed section leader thanks to his efforts in War Games, Xaden will have to navigate new challenges in his second year as an official part of leadership, while secretly making plans behind the scenes, plans that will ensure that all of this, in the end, is worth it. Along the way, he has to navigate the renewed hatred of the new cadets, the prejudices of command, who will stop at nothing to try to break him, and the added stress of a new betrothal, something he wants nothing to do with, all while surviving the most brutal class in the Riders Quadrant.
A continuation of my series of Xaden's POV - Years 1-3, imagining the story of how our beloved wingleader came to be the person Violet meets in Fourth Wing. Many of the characters in this year will be familiar from Year 1, as we pick up where that left off, and this story contains multiple spoilers for Fourth Wing and Iron Flame. I do not recommend reading Years 1 or 2 until both books have been completed.

Summary
Now that he’s risen through the ranks to Wingleader, Xaden Riorson only has one goal for his last year at Basgiath: Get all the marked kids bonded and graduated so they can fight the real enemy lurking at the borders.
The only problem is that Violet Sorrengail, the general’s youngest daughter, has also joined the Rider’s Quadrant this year. He doesn’t know why she’s here, what her plans are, or if he can trust her. All he knows is that he can’t seem to stay away.This is Fourth Wing retold from Xaden’s POV. It follows the dialogue and timeline from Fourth Wing with my own interpretations and theories of Xaden’s actions and feelings. As it was written before the release of Iron Flame, all ideas and theories are just that – theories. Many elements are my own head cannons/speculation and are unconfirmed by Rebecca Yarros.
I would recommend reading Fourth Wing first as there are major plot spoilers throughout!

Summary
Xaden Riorson thought he had figured out how to survive in this place. Now in his final year at Basgiath War College, he’s risen to the rank of Wingleader. He is focused on one thing: getting every kid of the rebellion bonded to a dragon. Then the real work can begin.
But he hadn’t counted on Violet Sorrengail, the General’s daughter, entering the Rider’s Quadrant. She’s not supposed to be here and she’s about to throw every plan he has made into chaos. Can he trust her? And more importantly, can he trust himself?
This follows the dialogue and events of Rebecca Yarros’s Fourth Wing, retold from Xaden’s perspective. This was written prior to the release of Iron Flame, so all theories and speculation are my own and unconfirmed. It's my best guess at exploring how Xaden might have felt throughout the story and features new scenes with Liam, Garrick, Imogen, Sgaeyl and Tairn. Major plot spoilers from the very first chapter.
