Growing up Mysta was deemed a rotten child because he never listened and was always up to no good. Ike on the other hand was his complete opposite; a literal angel who could do no wrong. Mysta didn’t know why Ike became his friend or why he stuck around until they were adults. What Mysta did know was that he loved Ike and that his love would corrupt his best friend. And so he would all that he could to push Ike away even if it meant destroying himself in the process.

Ike pauses. The fingers around his pen tremble slightly, the movement so minute that a lesser Sentinel would have missed it. But Vox is not just any Sentinel.
"I am not a good Guide," Ike says slowly. "You are better off with someone from the Centre. Those Guides are trained to Guide."
"I'm not a very good Sentinel either," Vox says easily. "And I want you."
The smile on Ike's lips is wry. "No, Akuma. Ask someone else."

Shit. Ike doesn’t even have any experience with pets, much less supernatural pets. With a frown etched on his forehead, Ike digs through his bookshelf, wondering if there is some kind of guide or manual he can follow, letting the three creatures explore his bedroom by themselves. Luca patters across the table and comes across some of the religious items that Ike uses during ceremonies, and starts to bark angrily because some of the items are made out of pure silver and werewolves detest silver. Shu is starting to get hungry, parched throat desiring for some blood, and he flies over to Ike before landing on top of his head and attempting to sink whatever baby fangs he has into Ike’s head.
Or, Bishop Ike Eveland receives a 'gift' from an unknown admirer that comes in the form of fangs and claws.

At this point, it was well established that Yuno wasn’t someone you wanted to cross —despite his easygoing and forgiving personality, he had the protection and borderline loyalty of gangs all around the city, the cops, and even the fucking mafia.
