He had peace and quiet, for a little bit. After the Everdeen family moved in and he grew used to Katniss’s giant friend (what was his name? Griff? Grant?) and his sulking. Everything was nice and pleasant or at the very least uneventful for about a month and a half. How he misses those days.

Summary
Seonghwa always knew that his life was going to be hard. It was as plain for him to see as his own hands in front of him, but he wanted to try to live his life looking towards the sun.
His uncle made that hard. Whenever the stress of life became too much for him, his uncle would berate Seonghwa over it, blaming it on his father for bringing his mother into their lives, on him being too much like his mother. It always came back to his mother.

Summary
It’s not lost on her, the picturesque scene that lays before her, the vividity of colors. There’s fairy lights strung about the now-empty yard, save for the two of them, and the water – clear and aquamarine – casts a sheen on Enid’s face that flutters and shimmers with the flow.
Something catches in Wednesday’s throat at the sight, at Enid’s eyes, wide and glowing, bluer than she’s ever seen.
“As much as I despise the thought, perhaps there is some truth to Tanaka’s call.”
Enid looks at her, questioning.
“You’re drunk.”
