Summary

Summary
Mike's life is split into two, clean halves. His life in Indiana, in the sun's harsh light, where he's fucked up in more ways than one. And then there's his other life, under the alias of legendarymichael, on the never-ending planes of the Internet. His digital heaven, where Mike exists as an untouchable, faceless deity; worshipped and praised.
Mike is good at keeping the two separate. Or so he thought, until Will Byers collides into his neatly sliced life, and derails it all when he takes a bite from both halves.
Alternatively: Faceless content creators legendarymichael and williamethyst snowball into an online rivalry. With volatile fans and a general lack of media training, the pair rain hellfire down onto themselves.
At the same time, Mike Wheeler meets Will Byers at a dog park, and begins to fall in love.
And those two sides of their lives begin to bleed into one extremely problematic, heated fucking mess.
