“Why I do what.” he asked stripping off his overcoat.
“Why you always save me. Every time I’m in trouble you always come to my rescue.” I blushed as he kept undoing buttons.
“Should I not?”
“I don’t mean to sound ungrateful I just want to know why.”
I was unable to take my eyes away from him as he peeled his shirt off himself. Realizing I was staring, I blinked a couple of times and cleared my throat before looking up again. His dark eyes were already looking at me.
“You’re important to them.”
“What about you?”
He stood there with his back turned to me. Minutes passed, feeling like hours before he turned, casting his beautifully dark gaze on me. Our eyes never wavered from each other. His heavy bootsteps echoed in the silent room as he stalked towards me. He didn’t stop until he stood toe to toe with me. He leaned down, pressing his forehead to mine as he closed his eyes. His hand traveled to my hair threading his fingers through the strands before releasing a heavy sigh and opening his eyes, scorching me with the fire behind them.

On a gloomy day, with a storm pulling in from a distance, Julia is lucky enough to seek sanctuary for the night in an un-looted house located in a deserted town. Julia's luck seems to run thin whenever a commotion erupts in her vicinity in the house she believed to be alone. Julia is pinned in the house with two strangers, who introduce themselves as Soap and Ghost. Soap offers for Julia to come back to their base camp with them after she falls and sprains her foot, and since then, Ghost is nothing more than an asshole to Julia.
