There was a buzz in the background, but he couldn’t see anyone getting tattooed. He quickly realized there were multiple rooms with curtains hanging down instead of doors. The sound coming from behind the curtains that were completely closed.
“What can I do for ya?” The woman behind the counter asked, splaying her hands on the counter and leaning on them.
