    Tony stark is a genius but he is not always the most observant, so when he finds the Spider-man suit in Harley's room, he starts to compile evidence to confront Harley with.

    Or;

    Peter blames it on Parker Luck™. Harley says that's stupid. This all would have been avoided if he hadn't been in such a hurry, losing track of time and causing him to leave the spare suit behind. Whatever the case was, the end result was a month's worth of speculation and a very awkward identity reveal.

    Or;

    4 times Tony Stark thinks that Harley Keener is Spider-man + 1 time he finds out the truth.
