Simon was diagnosed at a young age with a panic disorder. He would often have panic attacks out of the blue, some of them being so violent he's made himself pass out.

Summary
It is half way through the video shoot, about ten minutes after Simon notices that Harry is getting antsy, that Harry is dragged away from where the rest of the group are gathered. He notices a couple odd looks from some of their newer crew members, which doesn't help his anxiety any. Makes it far worse, actually, therefore making Simon's job to calm him down that much harder.
Simon is never one to give up too easy, at least.
(This work is completed. Chapter 14 will be deleted at the end of September as it is about Sidemen Fest sign-ups.)

Summary
Harry is young, bright-eyed and naïve. When the British government introduces conscription in 1916, Harry signs up despite being four years under the legal minimum age. It's out at war where he'll meet future longtime friend Ethan, as well as Simon Minter, the unlucky sod tasked with watching out for him.
See, girls have never had much interest in Harry, which is a problem. An even bigger problem would be falling in love with another soldier: one who is older, straight, and has a girlfriend at that.
(NO RELATIONSHIPS!! Harry is underage and his feelings are completely one-sided - please don't imagine otherwise.)
