And he felt pieces clicked, sharp and inevitable. The nurturing, the bites, the insistence chakra on his belly, Karin’s word. Naruto was nine fox's host—the fox's power could manipulate chakra in ways no human could. Mating seals, infused seed... impregnation. Males didn't bear children, but Naruto? He could rewrite that with raw chakra will. Oh fuck.
Sasuke bolted upright, heart hammering. Naruto stirred beside him, propping on an elbow. "Sasuke? You okay?"
The words tumbled out, echoing the night it began. "You—" his voice hoarse. Mainly from moaning and all. But he really wants to ask this. "A-are you perhaps," he exhale, "trying to get me pregnant? For real?"
Or.
Sasuke accidentally blurted out his baby fever—or breeding kink, you name it (and Naruto take it seriously).

Summary
Forming a sentence is a rather hard job since you need to order the words coherently and each one of them has their purpose. However, a sentence cannot exist without the presence of a verb but even though the verb is the most important word in the sentence, the Subject is always in the center of attention. At least coming from Copula's point of view.
Copula isn't any ordinary verb, he needs to bond with another word, either a noun or an adjective to form the predicate nominative. He isn't a fan of that idea, but he has no other choice.A story about the secret connection between the linking verb and the subject that no teacher tells you about.
