Summary
AU de Homecoming.
Ben y May se divorciaron antes de que murieran los padres de Peter, así que cuando Ben es asesinado, Peter entra en el sistema de acogida. Peter solo necesita probar un poco sus superpoderes para decidir que no quiere seguir aguantando a su horrible padre de acogida; las calles son infinitamente más atractivas. De todos modos, lo único que quiere es ser Spider-Man.
Así que se marcha.
Sencillo.
Sencillo, hasta que Iron Man necesita la ayuda de Spider-Man. Peter no va a rechazar la oportunidad de luchar junto al mismísimo Tony Stark, pero tampoco va a dejar que su héroe sepa que su recluta es un quinceañero sin hogar y sin estudios. Así que llegan a un acuerdo. Peter ayudará a Tony. A cambio, se mantendrá la máscara.
Y ahí es cuando las cosas se complican.
