Her breath hitches and she relaxes further beneath him, heart vibrating rapidly through her chest. She gives him a manic smile.
“Got that?”
“Yes sir.” She goads.
“Good God.” he hisses, throwing his helmet back on and releasing her. Harley stares dumbly at his back as he walks away, blinking rapidly as she tries to figure out what the hell just happened.
So. That’s when her little game started, and boy, is it fucking working. And she wants to see him snap.

“I’m a soldier, Waller.” Flag started. He was stone-faced and serious as he addressed the woman in front of him. Waller watched with calculating eyes.
“That means training and discipline and sacrifice. Organized patterns. The reason we do all that is so we know we can trust each other in the field.”
“That’s what keeps us alive. Harley Quinn is not a soldier.”
“The rest of the squad... I think I can understand. Barely.” He thought about Harley for the hundredth time that day. She was invading his mind and it was driving him crazy. She was driving him crazy. And if he wasn’t careful, he might lose himself to the intoxicating blonde.
“Harley? She’s chaos 24/7. And that means she’ll get me killed in the field. She’ll get us all killed, Waller.”
