Summary
Of course she didn’t know what it meant back then, just chalked it up to lucky guesses and quick reflexes—logical and easily explainable. It stopped being simple luck the night she was patrolling with Robin and Will—checking out the location from her most recent vision—and a demodog launched out of the darkness exactly as she had seen in her head. It stopped being a case of basic quick reflexes when that extra breath of time stretched out and slowed down around her until everything was silent and still and she could walk up to the creature and shove her pistol into its gaping maw while it leapt in creeping slow motion towards her friends—towards Robin. She pulled the trigger and it dropped dead to the ground with a hole in the back of its skull before the other two even knew it was there, confused as hell about how Nancy just seemed to shift ten feet to the right instantly. Nancy Wheeler had never really been quite normal, but now she knew it.

Or, Nancy has some new abilities, Hawkins is locked in quarantine, new monsters show up, Vecna has a terrible plan, and Nancy has to make some terrible choices to figure out what it all means for her and everyone around her. -

Summary
“You go first. Truth or dare?” Nancy asked.
“Dare,” Robin answered immediately.
Nancy sat there thinking for a moment before saying, “There’s not really anything interesting to dare you to do when it’s just the two of us in the middle of the night in a power outage. You should pick truth instead.”
“This was your idea, Nance, I’m sure you can think of something. Dare.”
Another pause and then a sly little smile crept over Nancy’s face and she said, “Okay, I dare you to pick truth.”

Summary
“Nancy isn’t going to care where you end up for dinner, Rob, she’s flying home for the weekend to see you.”
“But I care! I a lot care! I’ve had everything planned exactly right for months. What am I supposed to do now?” Robin hid her face in her hands and let herself fall over to the side and into Steve.
Steve caught her, wrapped an arm around her shoulder, and said, “It’s just Valentine’s Day, Robin, don’t get so worked up over it.”

Or, it's Valentine's Day and Robin does get very worked up over it.

Summary
“Do you have any idea how hard today’s been?” Nancy asked, dark-eyed and hungry.
“You haven’t exactly been making it any easier,” Robin said as she ran her hand up the backs of Nancy’s legs, bunching up her skirt until she could squeeze her ass.
Nancy leaned in close and whispered, “So why don’t you do something about it?” into Robin’s ear.

You’re driving me crazy. I can’t stop imagining the way you’d look with my head between your thighs and the pretty little noises you’d make.Nancy stares at it. Reads it again, slower. Then rubs her eyes and reads it again.
The text doesn’t change.
Nancy accidentally receives a sext from Robin and can’t stop thinking about it.

Summary
Robin really needs to stop falling for straight girls.
It’s a curse.
She’s accepted that with Vickie, it’s just not happening. Which is….it’s fine. It’s fine!
It’s becoming fine.
She’s gotten used to it, the girls she likes being straight girls. Statistically, she knows that she’s not the only lesbian in Hawkins, because there’s just no way. There’s no fucking way that in a town with ten thousand people, that she’s the only gay person here.
Although that would be just her luck if she was.
(Robin and Steve have a platonic friend night after Vecna, and crushes on a certain Wheeler are revealed)

Summary
Nancy heard a rustling from down in the hole, a panicked animal kind of movement. She stopped in her tracks, kept her gun up steady.
The noise stopped as suddenly as it started. There was a pause. All Nancy heard was her own deep breathing, the gentle wind, and some scattered birdsong that told her this thing probably wasn't a predator, whatever it was. And then the quiet broke.
"Stay back!" A woman's voice, raspy and dry. Nancy was thirsty at the sound of it. "I'm armed! You don't want to mess with me, I'm- Shit."
"I'm armed too," Nancy said, her voice calmer now, modulated, despite the pounding of her heart in her throat. "And you're stuck in a hole. I can leave you to it if you want, or I can throw a grenade down there to keep you company. Or you can put your hands up and maybe we can talk like civilized people. Your choice."

Summary
Finally, she’s able to get the number in right. The ring is sharp against her ear. Pick the fuck up, she thinks, and someone must be listening, because the ringing stops.
“All right, Harrington, what’s on this week’s nightmare menu? And don’t tell me the one about drowning in your pool again, man, we all know that’s rich kid—”
“It’s Nancy.”
A long pause, then a laugh. “Wheeler? To what do I owe this late-night honor?”
“I, um.” Nancy’s tongue feels stuck to the inside of her mouth, like bare skin on upholstery. “I was wondering if you’ve got a couch I can crash on?”
Nancy finds herself in Olympia, Washington on the eve of the Riot Grrrl movement.
