Summary
The repetition of the Fog does not agree with a mind like Wesker's. No broader vision, no aspirations, nothing to achieve apart from a goal set by the same unknowable Entity that writes every rule in this contemptible clutch of realms. The Deathslinger offers to quiet the needling buzz of mundanity.
Or, "god" is "dog" spelled backwards.

Summary
“Who are you? And what are you doing here?”
What is—?
He’s…
He’s awake. He’s upright. The fire splitting his spine is entirely gone. Instead there’s a fist pressed against his chest nearly hard enough to bruise, keeping him pinned to the wall behind him.
And Leon Kennedy is glaring at him, eyes angry and distrusting—and cold, that’s the strange thing. Cold, as if Luis didn’t take his last breath before those very same eyes not thirty seconds ago.
(Or: Luis, in a time loop.)

Summary
You didn't want to end up in this training facility. You didn't expect to struggle this much. You didn't expect your training partner to be so eager to help you catch up, and you didn't expect your feelings for him to be mutual.
Training partners to friends to lovers - Leon teaches you how to take a hit and give one back; together you find an affinity for bruises and wrestling mats that extends beyond your daily training schedule. Your time with him is limited, but spending nearly every waking hour with him over the months leaves him inexorably woven into the muscle memory you take with you.- Words:

Summary
You, Leon, Spain. That was a year ago. A year since you were sent with Kennedy to rescue the president's daughter. A year since you saved him. A year since you would do so by taking a throw-knife to the throat that would take away your ability to use your voice ever again.
So what happens when you finally confront the fact Leon's been avoiding you since then?
