The fellows--Kutner, mostly--decide that whatever is going on, they need a little push, but their well-meaning meddling quickly spirals out of control. When Kutner's slight nudge starts dragging everyone into the deep end, lines quickly start blurring.
Set some time mid-season 5, if my timing is correct. The most important information is Amber is out of the picture, Taub, Foreman, Kutner, and Thirteen are House's fellows, and Chase and Cameron are working in different departments at PPTH.
