Phoenix’s heart clenches painfully. Kristoph blinks at him from his chair. His fingers clench. They’re dancing around the subject, both of them. The elephant in the room the reason Phoenix decided to push past his tangled feelings and the uncomfortable ball of grief that seemed to linger in his body these days whenever he thought of Kristoph.
Seven years is a long time. And if Phoenix Wright is a weak man with a weak heart, Kristoph Gavin is as human as any other. Beautiful, prideful, hypocritical man.
All it took to get Kristoph and Phoenix on the same page was an Execution.
