William's body feels unusually heavy, nestled as he is under a reassuring weight. He flexes his fingers, finding them curled around soft fabric. The warmth cocooning him takes on new meaning — it’s early November, and the mornings are often quite chilly. That’s another reason he doesn’t tend to stay in bed too long, preferring to heat his cold fingers with a steaming cup of coffee and curl up on his seat before the fireplace.
When he dares to lift his eyelids, he’s not as surprised as he might have expected to find his cheek pillowed on Sherlock’s forearm, with his hand clinging to an end of Sherlock’s loose nightshirt collar.

He looks around his room, at the evidence of Lucifer’s presence in his life. The spare coat near the door and the drawer full of identical bowties. He walks to the bed they share, sitting down slowly. He thinks of what he can’t see. The tiny rubber duck that sits on the edge of his bathtub, a vanity full of hair products and face creams, and the two long, flowy bathrobes on hooks.
“Nope! I like yours! Looks like you’ll just have to get another one,” Lucifer had said with a huge grin on his face when he offered to get him his own robe instead of continuing to steal the demon's.
Alastor leans back, flat onto the bed with his feet on the floor, and thinks.

Lucifer catches a few words, louder than the static, and Alastor must notice, because he's glaring at the air, as if that'll make it stop, because the song, without a doubt, is a sappy, longing, love song.
"Turn it up, Al." Lucifer laughs out, and Alastor turns fully red at that, especially when the song does exactly that.

He’s so easily ruffled, it’s simply delightful!” He sets his monocle back in its rightful place, choosing instead to fidget with his microphone. “Of course, I do understand that, even with my lack of experience, this is not, exactly, ideal… So, I’ve come to you, my dear friend, in hopes of hearing your thoughts and getting your expert advice in this matter so I may make him my own.”
It was quiet in the shop for several long moments, Alastor’s static feedback getting gradually louder as he became more agitated from her lack of response.
He lifts his eyes when he feels Rosie’s hands cover his own on top of his microphone, ceasing their inane movements that were so unlike him. She looked genuinely taken aback by his confession, but not horrified, which was a good sign.
“Alastor, I’ve gotta admit, you’re really giving me a run for my money,” she tells him softly.

He’s stupid, high-energy, destructive, and desperately yearns for affection but has an EQ equivalent to that of the average child prodigy. That one,” referring to Sakura in the distance, “is a pomeranian. She’s smart, eager to please, friendly, and just about average in every other aspect.”
Kakashi thinks he would’ve literally taken a sociopathic, bloodthirsty vengeance-driven loner over… Whatever the hell this is. Fuck.
Or, in which Sasuke starts collecting pets and really, it’s all Kakashi’s fault.

Summary
The life of sixteen-year-old Enola Holmes has been upended when her mother disappeared. In her need, she turns to her older brothers. The problem is, while they are treating the disappearance of their mother seriously, the same can't be said for their treatment of her. To her disappointment, they are eager to send her off to a boarding school (for her alleged safety) whilst they search for Eudoria Holmes and take care of their mysterious business that warrants her getting hidden away in the first place. Enola Holmes, of course, will not stand for such treatment and if her brothers won't let her help, she'll take things into her own hands. Further complications arise when she runs across a runway marquess and so gets involved in a murderous plot that is more than it seems.
Mycroft and Sherlock Holmes are having a stressful time. Due to the societal progress that has accelerated since the Final Problem, there has been increased conservative backlash, and some of those people are not content with using politics to achieve their goals. The disappearance of their mother does not help, and neither does the much younger sister, who can't seem to stay out of trouble.
Will they be able to come together and save the day?

Childe's life post the Osial incident has settled into something of normalcy. He has a comfortable (if not a bit boring) 9-5 job at the bank, he has loads of free time to waste, and he gets to experience whatever Liyue has to offer, at his own pace, frequently accompanied by Zhongli.
However, this idyllic picture is shattered the day Childe receives a letter from the Tsaritsa, summoning him back to Snezhnaya, immediately.
He is crushed by the news. He has expected it – it was bound to happen, eventually, but the message still daunts him. How is he supposed to say goodbye to Liyue so suddenly? How is he going to say goodbye to Zhongli, the only person he can call a friend?
To his surprise, the god offers to travel with him, and so they set on a journey to the northern lands of everwinter. They just forget about one important thing – reptiles don’t do well in freezing cold.
Which is why Childe now has to deal with his own grumpy Archon, the constant scheming and bickering of the other Harbingers, and a very sleepy and very clingy dragon.

And if in a few years a killer begins immitating murders from popular revenge stories... well, surely it's nothing they can't handle.
Or: Sherlock caught the lord of crime his own way, just like he said he would. That's done, game over. Now a new game starts. Keep him. Keep him safe, keep him close. Whether it takes two months or two years, convince him he deserves a place in the world he so desperately wanted to save.

William is mid-thought when the door to the administration office bursts open. His eyes immediately flit upwards to the newcomer, giving the man a quick once-over. Oxfords long past their wear date. Black jacket, either immaculately tailored or a lucky fit, framing a lanky build. Messy bangs brush over a set of dark, piercing eyes, which hold his for the briefest moment. For some inexplicable reason, William feels his pulse skip a beat.
Force of habit kicks in. “How may I assist you?” he asks, fixing his mouth into a polite smile.
The man, having seemingly given William a similar once-over, raises an eyebrow and smirks. “Well, you were easier to find than I expected, Mr. Moriarty. I wouldn’t have guessed you’d be the literal receptionist.”
In which Sherlock Holmes is an elementary school teacher on a mission to figure out why the hell he keeps losing students to the stuck-up, fancy pants school across the street, and rapidly finds himself signed up to solve a much bigger problem than he had bargained for.
