Summary
Will Byers has always known he's had a crush on his best friend, Mike Wheeler, ever since he was a kid. Now for Mike, it took a little longer to realize that, well, he wasn't exactly "straight", and he has feelings for his best friend, Will Byers. Mike knows he can't tell anyone. On the other hand, Will has came to terms with the fact that Mike will never love him back as more than a friend after many long years of hoping. But, when all the sudden they both start noticing all these signs that seem to be more flirty than just your typical "best friends", They wonder if after all these years they may have actually been wrong about how the other was feeling. But, when a big argument between the two enrages, ruining their friendship once again, they aren't so sure about that anymore. Will they be able to make up, and salvage their friendship, and perhaps turn it into something more? Or is this the end of a long journey through literal hell and back together for good?
Or: Will and Mike both know they have feelings for each other, but cant bring themselves to admit it to anyone until a fight breaks up their friendship. Will they become lovers? Or never have the guts to tell each other how they really feel?
