Summary
Lots of angsty angst. Written for the LoM Ficathon 2008. Title comes from the song ‘Brain Damage’ by Pink Floyd.
Original prompt was: 'Sam meets the Missus; no Sam/Gene; awkward conversation (plus a bit of Sam spazzing and the creepy TCG)'.
Following an accident, Sam finds himself in life-threatening conditions. Will he be strong enough to cope, and will the cure help him get back home? -

Drabble. Spoilers for LoM (post-2.08) & A2A (1.01); angst. Title comes from Bowie’s song ‘Loving the Alien’ (Album: ‘Tonight’).
My take at how Annie may be feeling after Sam is pronounced dead in 1980. -
