The world ain’t like it used to be- all sunny skies and green pastures- and Boothill is in hot water. In a world of cybernetics, government surveillance, and scarce resources, he’s just trying to scrape by.
He’s less a man than he used to be, with twice the problems. He’s got bills to pay, debts to catch up on, a kid to take care of; that last one’s a blessing, but damn if the other two aren’t pains in his ass.
Selling his body piece by piece turned into selling it in a less literal sense. There’s not much else he can do when the collectors come a’knockin’, so like always, he skulks out to the entertainment district, intent on racking up some credits.He doesn’t expect it’ll change his life forever.

A mysterious statue of two companions has captured the attention of Boothill for several months and every week, he stops by to visit it. When he realizes that another person has been visiting just as frequently, he consults his friends to see what he should do. With some (not so) gentle encouragement from a certain blonde-haired man, he realizes that this beautiful stranger is quite easy to talk to. He gets a feeling of nostalgia every time this stranger opens his mouth. Happiness blooms in his chest.. Along with something else.

It is said that dreams are simply memories, memories that the mind twists and turns as it sorts said memories away during sleep. We dream about the things we have seen, the things we have heard, and the things we have loved. Even the most terrifying and fantastical of dreams start on the basis of reality.
What happens when you are in a place filled with lucid dreaming at all times? And what happens when something amiss with Memoria leads a man with a torn and ugly past to relive fragments and pieces?
Or; Penacony never gives anyone a break, and Boothill is victim yet again to Memoria problems. Hurt/Comfort ensues.
