There is undoubtedly politics behind these proceedings, but those aren't what Paris cares about. Neither does Helen, really; they're both more interested in what comes now, when the politics are over and done with.

All things have an end, though.

Summary
There's an army camping on Troy's shores, a war turned against the city (perhaps there must always be a war at Troy). It does, however, have nothing at all to do with stolen wives, broken xenia, and blood oaths to defend a marriage.
The King of Sparta and one of the many princes of Troy still fall into each other's orbits, common history and wanting hearts (and loins) drawing them in.

Summary
There is no apple, no judgement. Achilles, however, is still born with his fate, and chooses it - if he has to make a war at Troy to get what he deserves, he will.
The only thing the Trojans know is that they have a huge army on their shores and that, eventually, allies trickle in. The leader of one of those allies, surprising as she is, in particular has Paris' attention. But then, who would not be caught staring at Queen Helen of Themiscyra, foster daughter of Otrera?

Summary
As a male omega whose father refuses to marry him off in any way other than what Priam considers suitable, Paris doesn't exactly expect to find himself married any time soon. If at all. Expectations are there to be shattered, however, which goes for Helen and Menelaos as well when they, unable to let go of Alexander of Troy, 'settle' for a male omega despite the supposed disadvantages.
All that aside, though, weddings are to be enjoyed, and everyone involved will certainly do that.

Summary
Decades after the Trojan war, things have been changing for a while on Olympos. What hasn't changed since Ares grew old enough to show his father many sides of himself Zeus little liked, is his relationship to Zeus.
But as Ares makes himself ask for something he is sure will be denied, perhaps even that, too, can change.

The hydra gall on Herakles' arrows do not kill. Not immediately, anyway.
That is undoubtedly the greatest cruelty of them, and whether or not Paris deserves to suffer from such an injury, Menelaos puts a stop to it.

Summary
The gods are asleep.
Ganymede wakes up starving and lonely, faced with an Olympos seemingly abandoned for how quiet it is. There's nothing that should be able to keep a god asleep through prayers and their names being called, but no one will wake up when he tries to stir them. Ganymede doesn't, at least, have to attempt to fix this situation by himself, but it is a vast task, to retake stolen things and wake sleeping gods, when all of you are only human.
Perhaps that will be their strength, however, and the element of surprise they'll need to wake up sleeping lovers and family.
(There are more than just these characters given solid appearances in the fic, but I'm not going to tag them all, as it's mostly going by who has at least one POV chapter. The focus of the fic overall is the various immortalized humans on Olympos.)
