Summary
Aphrodite's Roses bloom once a month, flowers bursting across their skin in a visual spectacle, and anyone who has the privilege of sharing their bloom with them will experience pleasure unlike anything outside of blooming. Their maturing and blooming for the very first time, when they will first show their flowers and their hair colour will change, is a very precious moment.
Most will never get to experience it. Kings build alliances based around the access to it.
Menelaos, come to Troy for propitiatory sacrifices, realizes the Trojan royal family have put one of their Roses, about to bloom for the first time, in a very odd place. It doesn't matter, of course; he is only here to assuage Aphrodite's anger. But when the Rose is irresistible and Aphrodite not so implacable, it will be hard to stand firm.

Summary
All relationships are tested in time, and perhaps both Apollo and Hyacinthus had believed the trial of death, the loss and grief and separation, and then Hyacinthus adjusting to being alive again and both of them having to maneuver around Apollo's other relationships, both new and old over the decades since Hyacinthus' resurrection, had been their many tests.
But their greatest might be coming yet, for split loyalties can draw lines deep enough to sunder even the closest of relationships. It's about accepting the loss, or being willing to step over that line and meet partway.

Summary
Apaitesis : "If on the one hand you are willing, I request; while if you are not willing, I demand back." Andokides, second oration.
It’s been five years since Helen and Paris stepped off their ship in Troy, and now – finally, yet far too soon – there are black ships uncounted on the horizon.
Yet it is Tenedos that has been made to suffer first, for no obvious reason. All of Troy and beyond watch the smoke staining the sky and now have to reckon with what the fleet on their shores mean. Kassandra’s attempt to gain insight she’s been hungry for years to have access to, in a wish to know and to be able to help, has disastrous effects. Helen and Paris, meanwhile, have to face what their decisions and actions have led to, and what they will lead to from hereon.
What happens here will lead to the end.

If there was a game to be played in Sparta, and that game involved kissing the royal couple, Paris would only be breaking the rules by kissing Helen.

Summary
The story of the Trojan War has developed over a very long time. Characters have changed, been added, maybe taken away. What do you define as you in such a case?
Half a fic, half a meditation over academic thought of how Hektor might be a relatively late addition to the story of the Trojan war (some suggest he was added for what became/is the Iliad specifically, even), and, more to the point, that Paris before Hektor was a more traditionally "heroic" character as defined by culture and the epic conventions of story. A more straightforward character that was changed in how he was written to make place for Hektor to take up some of his parts in the story.

Summary
In an alternate version of the myths, Achilles is ambushed at Thymbra by Paris and Deiphobus and killed. This is that version... with a twist.
Predator and prey - but are you sure you know who the hunter is? Some are persistence predators, after all, and might even trap themselves, wounded, to lure their prey close enough to kill. Against a furious Apollo, Thetis manages to rescue her son from his ordained death. But neither Apollo nor fate is to be denied, and Paris, left standing between them, goes along with what is asked of him.
For Hektor's sake, for Troilus' sake, he'll do whatever he has to to take Achilles down. Even this.
