Trinity's head isn't clear. She's running off of three hours of sleep and multiple energy drinks. So, she crashes her lips against Baran's, chasing what makes her feel safe, whining at the subtle taste of cherry. It feels good, almost too good. Baran's lips are soft, warm. Soothing. She thinks for a moment that maybe this is what she needed. A woman to kiss away everything that hurt.

Zosia's smile widens as she takes a step forward.
"Don't!" Carol spouts, "I mean—I'm not done."
Zosia pouts, "You didn't finish?"
There's a glint in Zosia's eyes that tells Carol her word choice was intentional. She wanted to get Carol worked up, more than she already is, and it's working. The double meaning of her words hit somewhere deep within Carol, and all she wants is Zosia to touch her.

She finds that her fingers are now clenched around Carol's neck, squeezing just enough to spark a look of fear in Carol's eyes. This felt better to Zosia. Being feared rather than being seen as helpless.
"Are you scared?" Zosia asks.
Carol nods frantically, hoping that Zosia will see how defenseless she is. Maybe Zosia would take pity on her, and let go.
Zosia whispers a small admittance, "I like when you're scared."
