Everything about their dynamic here, and the gorgeous prose, and the conflicting ideologies and affections!! I'm banging my hands on the table, shaking them around in my mouth like a dog with a chew toy. And Scoobs! Lovelovelove. The soft moments and the angst and the hard hitting action, all flows seamlessly and Frank's narration is stellar. I'm always a fan of the murder road trip trope but this fic knocks it out of the park, with the journey back home to boot. Adored this, read it in fervor while squealing about it to my friend, enjoyed it immensely <3
