Summary
Sakura doesn’t like people. With his split-colored hair, mismatched eyes, and gruff attitude, he’s used to being judged, and he prefers it that way. But when a flood sends his neighbors, Suo and Nirei, searching for shelter, he reluctantly opens his door. Suo is warm and gentle, always smiling through his exhaustion. Nirei is soft-spoken, anxious, and constantly apologizing for taking up space.
What starts as an emergency sleepover turns into an emotional tangle none of them expected. As they navigate day-to-day life under one roof cooking, sharing stories, and slowly pulling at each other’s emotional knots, they begin to realize that love doesn’t always look like fairy tales. Sometimes, it looks like leftovers, laundry, and learning how to ask for help.
But old wounds don’t heal easily, and each of them carries something they’d rather hide. In a world that’s often closed off to people like them, can three lonely men build a garden of their own?

This feels more and more like a trap. Suo-san sitting right in front of the only exit besides the window is not helping.
“W-what do you mean you have to ask me?”
Sakura-san sits back down with a huff, looking embarrassed and small, but still opening his mouth…
And closing it. And opening it again. And closing it. He doesn't seem to be able to find the right words.
“Nire-kun, would you kiss Sakura-kun if you could?” Suo-san doesn't have that same problem.
