The air of the studio froze, like the temperature wasn’t in the nineties in the San Fernando Valley, as though they hadn’t shut down the standing fans for filming. Snow could have rained down from the ceiling and caught in everyone’s hair like a constellation of powdered sugar, and Obi-Wan wouldn’t have shaken.
“A chef’s got to have some secrets, doesn’t he?” Quin said, smiling while he held a fork-full up to the camera.

It was months ago when Obi-Wan first started to appear to him, almost a standard year. Just flashes of him at first, enough to feel like there was no reasoning in the force that what Vader was seeing was real. Until the day Obi-Wan reached out to him, wrapped his hands around his body. Vader felt thighs, calves, blood, and everything he’d ever lost.

“And who’s to say I wish to marry you Kenobi?” Anakin started, his body now close enough for Obi-Wan to reach out and touch.
“Take a step nearer to me and you’ll need your sword, Skywalker” Obi-Wan replied.
