It's the final stage, Nagito knows it: he feels so weak that walking more than five minutes leaves his vision blurry and him hyperventilating. so weak that over 12-hour sleeps are becoming common. Nagito wakes up to his sheets drenched in sweat. Nagito has started fainting randomly and spends the end of those days with terrible migraines.
