Summary
“Is this going to become a habit?” Leon finally managed.
“Which part?” he asked, unbothered, exhaling smoke somewhere off to the side.
“This.” Leon gestured vaguely between them with the cup in his hand. “I’m trying to drink my coffee in peace. You’re interrupting me with unsolicited advice and smoke in my face.”
“Well,” he chuckled, tapping ash onto the floor without looking down, a well-practiced gesture. “I’ve been doing this for five years. I always end the night out here, one smoke, before I go home.” A pause. “So really- you’re the one interrupting me.”
Leon blinked, caught somewhere between annoyed and almost impressed.
“Not that I mind.” He finally added, smiling around the cigarette.

Summary
Fresh out of the academy, rookie cop Leon S. Kennedy came to Raccoon City to start a new life. What he didn’t expect was Albert Wesker, confident, relentless, and dangerously attentive. From the moment they met, Wesker saw something in Leon, too bright, too trusting, and decided he wants him.
And Wesker takes what he wants.
Meanwhile, Chris Redfield, the one person Leon should have been able to rely on, kept him at arm’s length. Until Leon started slipping away, caught in the Captain’s orbit, drawn in by the confidence, the attention, the steady hand Wesker so easily provided.
And by the time Chris decides to fight for Leon, it might already be too late.
