‘Grian, Gem—’
‘We didn’t!’ Grian near-yelled.
Joel hadn’t even had a chance to decide yet whether to cross his arms or put his hands on his hips.
The little had hastily risen to his knees to better make his defense. Gem quickly mirrored the move, joining Grian’s side with a fierce nodding of her head.
‘It’s true, we didn’t!’
‘You did,’ Etho mumbled sulkily.
Joel forced his expression into one of oblivious curiosity, cocking his head. ‘Didn’t what?’
Of course, Grian fell for it.
‘We didn’t call him a scaredy—’
The rest of his absent-minded confession was swiftly cut off by Gem’s hand smacking onto his mouth.

The babies are fighting. Joel is tired (and concerned). Everything ends in giggles.

At this point they've moved onto season 8, and Grian has become much more comfortable with regressing.
Chapters will either be Mumbo/Scar taking care of him, him getting babysat, or having playdates with other littles.
