Summary
Hera Syndulla and Kanan Jarrus have not spoken nor seen each other in years.
Now, stuck on an island for the wedding of their friend Zeb Orrelios, they are at a stalemate. They cannot ignore each other; they cannot return to what had once been between them.
So, for the benefit of their mutual friends, Zeb and Kallus, they agree to be friendly. Only for the duration of the wedding week, though. But soon, forced friendliness is no longer forced, and a spark of something that was once there begins to grow again, contrary to whatever Hera and Kanan thought they wanted.
(Star Wars: Rebels in another universe, aka Rescues, Errors, Banter, Escapades, Love, and Schemes...yes they are stuck together again and again by the force of their friends and yes this is silly goofy and yes ofc they fall in love with each other because in this universe they deserve a happy ending...but it does take a bit to get there)
