Missing Chris is less of an emotion these days and more of a physical entity. He’s sure everyone can see that he’s slowly hollowing himself out, that he can’t do much of anything else.
But when Jee laughs at him trying to get his tongue to touch his nose, and Mara loops one of her arms through his to keep him from tossing the rest of his cup in the garbage, Eddie feels solid again.
Maybe he likes yellow birthday cake ice cream after all.
(or, gerrard messes with the team's schedules and eddie 'i just drove my son to flee the state' diaz is the only option to watch mara and jee-yun after school on tuesdays, which, shouldn't be a problem at all, right?)

The tower changes when Natasha brings in this little redhead, but it's for the better. This little girl came into their lives before they even knew they needed her and she made their family whole.

Summary
*Basically it's my take of Hydra/Red Room Peter*
Peter Parker has been living in his own personal Hell for his whole life. He was born in a prison cell and experimented on by his own father like a lab rat until he was 3. That’s when they decided to kill both his parents.
After that, Hydra gave him to the Red Room, to make the perfect Assassin, a better spy than even The Black Widow.
At age 15 though, something happens that changes Peter’s life forever. He retaliates against his superiors and makes a break for America, where he can hopefully hide out and live the rest of his life in peace.
With his luck though, that’s never gonna happen...

Costia was raised to be a killer among other girls, one of them Natalia. The two were getting closer and made plans together, to escape the monsters the Red Room made them. But Costia was sold to Hydra, leaving Natalia in the Red Room.
Natalia, or what she likes to be called now; Natasha, ended up working for Shield. She locked her past away. But then she gets the mission to eliminate the White Shadow, just as Clint had to do it with the Black Widow.
But he failed his mission, didn't he?
