Summary
Dirk and his college roommate have always had a tenuous relationship, even before he learned that they were roughly two hundred years old and had a taste for the lifeblood of mankind. He doesn't mind too much, so long as they keep to their side of the apartment and don't hog the shower. One day though, Eridan asks to cash in an urgent favor, then another. Before long, they actually come to begrudgingly accept the other exists, and even start *speaking* to each other.
What follows is a whirlwind of unexpected friendship involving late-night strolls, robots, a guy who never learned how to stop wearing Victorian fashion, vampiric family issues, duels on the beach, duels on the ROOF, tunnel kelpies, chemistry classes, Dirk's unhealthy Everything habits, and much, much more.
