An exploration of jedi culture, with a healthy dose of the found family trope. Most of the series will be fluff, with small interludes of angst (don't worry everything will be alright). Most works will be rated general, with a few teen stories (mainly due to language).

He is a simple moth who mistakes heat for warmth. So Ilya wins, as he always does, whether or not it is true in the game itself: in Shane’s life, Ilya always wins. Shane goes to the net; Shane goes to Ilya.
He finds himself staring into the familiar blue of Ilya Rozanov’s eyes, and once again, without hesitation or defense, he dives headlong into the ice.
Or: Shane and Ilya as tennis players. When Ilya leaves, Shane isn’t sure he’s ever returning. (Spoiler alert: He does.)

"I wouldn't say very drunk. I'm normal drunk." Shane corrected, stepping closer to Ilya until they were barely centimeters apart. Shane reached up and wrapped his arms around Ilya's neck. They were so close and he smelled so good. Shane breathed him in for a second. Fuck, he had missed him so badly. It had only been two weeks, but it felt like forever.
"I missed you too." Ilya whispered. Wait, had Shane said that out loud? Oops. Maybe he was very drunk. "More than you know."
Or, the transition from friends with benefits to lovers is far from seamless.
